AROMA THERAPY

Aromatherapy is the process of applying volatile oils and extracts on the body extracted from natural plants for the betterment and stimulation of psychological and physical well-being. It involves application of essential extracts accompanied by extracted oils on the body parts to relieve body pains, anxiety, tension, stress and better circulation of blood.

Essential oils are also termed as aromatic oils or volatile oils generally employed in aromatherapy. Aromatherapy involves the incorporation of several other natural corresponding elements such as vegetable oils, vegetable extract, herbs, extracts of plants, extracts of fragrant flower, hydrosols, sand and clay etc.

Generally the incense of natural extracts works as receptor on our mind and body, as we smell the essential oils after the application on body smell receptors of our nose get active to communicate with parts of brain which is the hub of sensations, emotions and thought process.
